This exquisite home, located in the Lawrence Park neighbourhood of Toronto, was greatly enhanced by an extensive redesign of its surrounding landscape elements on all four sides of the house. The dramatic impact of the landscaping design at the front of the property carries into the more private spaces at the south side and the back of the house.
Front of property:
Landscape design included: 1,000 square feet of interlocking pavers for driveway and walkway; eight natural stone 6-feet-wide steps; 12 natural stone 4-feet-wide steps beside garage; 120 tonnes of armor rock for retaining walls and terraced gardens; new sod for front lawn.
Side of property:
Landscape design included: Flagstone patio; six natural stone steps; armor rock retaining walls; wooden multi-level deck, steps, railing and porch.
Back of property:
Landscape design included: Terraced wooden deck system and privacy fence.
